Auto Link is a neutral, non-profit, digital facilitation platform created to enable voluntary connections between individuals or organizations seeking to extend financial or nonfinancial support (donors) and those in genuine need of such support (donees)
The platform solely serves as a medium for interaction and communication. It does not receive, collect, solicit, transfer, distribute, or handle any kind of monetary donations, gifts, or physical items on behalf of either party.
All donations, whether in cash, kind, or services, are made at the exclusive discretion and risk of the donor, and are to be executed directly and independently between the donor and the donee without any involvement of Auto Link in the transaction process
Auto Link does not act as a trustee, agent, legal representative, intermediary, fiduciary, or authorized receiver in any such donation or exchange. It does not endorse or vouch for the legitimacy, identity, or intentions of either the donor or donee.
Every donor is expected to perform his/her own verification, background check, and assessment of the authenticity, requirement, and purpose of the donee before making any contribution. Auto Link bears no obligation to authenticate or audit the claims made by users.
All donations must be purely voluntary, unconditional, and free from any expectation of return, service, reward, or benefit of any nature. No form of consideration, commission, or reciprocal arrangement shall be facilitated or promised by Auto Link.
The platform does not guarantee or commit to the fulfilment of any promise, request, or usage of funds by the donee. It does not assure any particular outcome, delivery, acknowledgment, or satisfaction from the donation made
Donors and donees are strictly prohibited from using Auto Link for any form of illegal solicitation or financial manipulation under the guise of charity.
Donors declare that they have reached the legal age of majority (18 years or above) and are acting independently, without any form of coercion, emotional pressure, blackmail, psychological manipulation, or undue influence
The donation must be made from lawful, clean, and declared sources. Under no circumstances shall contributions be derived from illegal activities, suspicious accounts, or undisclosed assets. The donor shall be solely responsible for compliance with laws including but not limited to income tax, anti-money laundering, and foreign exchange regulations.
Donors are strongly advised not to borrow funds or take high-interest loans for the purpose of making donations. Contributions should only be made from personal savings, surplus income, or discretionary funds without endangering financial security.
The donor agrees and confirms that he/she has not been induced through false promises, exaggerated stories, staged videos, manipulated documents, or emotional appeals to part with money or valuables.
The donor and donee irrevocably agree that they shall not raise any claim, complaint, legal proceeding, demand, or dispute of any nature against Auto Link, its founders, developers, employees, or volunteers in connection with any donation made or received through the platform.
Auto Link is not liable for any fraud, misappropriation, non-performance, deception, breach of trust, or false representation made by any user of the platform.
Any dispute, grievance, or misunderstanding that may arise between the donor and the donee shall be resolved exclusively and directly between them, without involving Auto Link at any stage of the conflict.
Users understand and acknowledge that Auto Link is not obligated to mediate, arbitrate, negotiate, investigate, or assist in resolving disputes or in recovering any amount donated.
Any legal proceedings arising out of the usage of this platform, whether civil or criminal in nature, shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India, and the users waive the right to initiate proceedings elsewhere.
All legal disputes relating to donations, user conduct, or content posted on the platform shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and its subsequent amendments.
The seat and venue of arbitration shall be New Delhi, and the language of arbitration shall be English or Hindi, as may be decided by the appointed arbitrator(s).
Auto Link retains the exclusive right to appoint a sole arbitrator or a panel of arbitrators to resolve any such matters. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final, binding, and enforceable on both parties
The costs, fees, and incidental expenses arising from arbitration shall be borne by the donor(s) and donee(s) involved, as determined by the arbitrator(s). Auto Link shall bear no cost or liability in connection with such proceedings.
Users agree that submission of data does not entitle them to any service, benefit, or obligation from Auto Link, and the platform retains the right to delete or refuse access to any user found to be in violation of platform policies
The platform reserves the unrestricted right to review, update, revise, or discontinue this disclaimer or any feature of the platform without prior notice. Users are advised to regularly review the latest version of the disclaimer available on the platform.
By using the services of Auto Link, all users, including donors and donees, voluntarily consent to be bound by this disclaimer, and any changes thereto, and confirm that they have understood the terms in their entirety.
